Adding Detail to Bases
Things you will need:
Step 1
Paint the top of the base with PVA glue then dip it into a box of flock ( The best way to store flock is in a fairly large container with a lid so you can just dip the model in ).
Step 2
Wipe a piece of tissue or your finger around the sides of the base to remove any flock that stuck to any glue that might have dripped down the side then knock the model on the table a few times to remove any loose flock.
Step 3
Leave the model for about half an hour so that the glue can dry, then repeat steps 1 and 2. This makes it more hard wearing so that it doesn't rub off within a few weeks.
